Detached house on a hillside in Germany
This modern villa is located on a steep mountainside Ahalm in Reutlingen (Germany). Architects Alexander Brenner Architekten, who created this luxurious private home, a project included in the road leading to it. Her curves lead to a wider area, framed by low walls. It offers stunning views of the hills, valley and the tower, built by Theodor Fischer in 1905. Her white vertical volumes served as inspiration for designers. New villa also had a monumental white cubic forms, however, in contrast to the tower, located horizontally. The white building with its terrace stands out against the slopes . All service areas are concentrated on the first floor . Guest rooms are located in the east wing of the house. The spa area is adjacent to the terrace and swimming pool , but on the contrary it is a loggia . The main rooms – bedrooms, bathrooms, bathroom and dressing room – occupy the second floor of the house. Hallway with staircase connects them with kitchen and dining room. Corner portion adjacent to the living area opens towards the terrace forming a separate, enclosed space from prying eyes.
